After the passage of the Healthy Youth Act here in NC, I thought the days of abstinence only education were numbered.  Then, I read about the inclusion of $50 million dollars for the proven ineffective abstinence only program in the Senate version of the healthcare reform bill.  WHAT?  really?

Check out this Think it Through blogpost from John Russonello.  John suggests we limit the abstinence only spending to a program for Senate members.  Not a bad idea!
