In May 2011, we asked all of our patients to fill out a short survey about their visit. Here are the results

How long did you sit in the waiting room before you were brought back? 51% less than 15 minutes, 32% about half an hour
Do you feel the people in the center really listened to you? 100% YES
How would you describe the care given to you by the staff? 94% Great, 6% OK
Did you have enough privacy in the center? 99% YES
Did we treat you with care and respect? 100% YES
Planned Parenthood gave me exactly what I needed when I needed it. 81% Strongly Agree, 19% Agree
How would you rate the healthcare received, on a scale of 1-10? 68% said 10, 20% said 9
Would you recommend us to a friend? 96% Yes completely
Did you have an appointment today? 44% yes, 56% no
