During November and December 2009, we surveyed our health center patients to learn how we're doing. The feedback was very positive. Here are the results!!!
1) How long did you wait to be seen? 69% waited less than 15 minutes, 95% less than half an hour
2) Do you feel you were really listened to? 99.5% yes
3) How would you describe the care given to you? 97% great
4) Did you have enough privacy? 98% yes
5) Did we treat you with care and respect? 100% Yes
6) PP gave me exactly what I needed when I needed it. 98% Agree or Strongly Agree
7) On a 1-10 scale, rate the care you received. 87% ranked as 9 or 10
8) Would you recommend us to a friend? 97% Yes, completely.
